Clerks will require the User permissions set for them using User Permissions Link option.
Overlapping Clerks cannot be used during the Pay Table function.
When selecting the permissions for Clerks who are linked to a User, there are 9 different options that can be controlled.
Pay- Allows the Clerk to Pay for all or some of the items on the table.
Transfer- Allows the Clerk to Transfer all or selected items to another table.
Bill- Allows the Clerk to print a Bill for tables.
Delete- Allows the Clerk to Delete items from the table.
Finish- Allows the Clerk to Finish the table, either before or after the table has been paid.
Modify Table Map - Allows the Clerk to move tables when viewing the table map.
Reprint Tables- Allows the Clerk to Reprint tables to the relevant kitchen printers.
Can Override Locks- Allows the clerk to override tables locked by a single clerk.
Reorder Items- Allows the clerk to select existing items from the Table Details screen and press the Reorder button to reorder the same items (useful if the customer wants to order additional items of the same type).
